Trouble Logging in to Online or Mobile Banking? 

If you're having trouble logging in to your online banking account, there are a few things you can try on your own. 

Browser on Desktop

If you’re attempting to log in to online banking using a browser and getting an “Unsupported Media Type” or "415" error message, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Clear your cache.

    On Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, you can do this by simultaneously pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys to open a dialog box then selecting the boxes and click “clear data” at the bottom.

     

    On Safari, you can do this by simultaneously pressing the Option + Command + E keys.

  2. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date browser version.
PCs

Microsoft Edge Supported Current and two previous major versions

 

Macs

Avadian App

If you’re attempting to log in to online banking using the Avadian app and getting an “authentication failed” error, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Completely close out of the app and try again.
  2. Restart your device and try again.
  3. Check to make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
  4. Check to make sure you are using the latest version of your device’s operating system.
  5. Delete and reinstall the app.
