As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best credit card rewards experience possible, we will be changing our credit card rewards provider. We are excited about this new platform as it will result in a better experience for you since our new provider will have enhanced rewards as well as an easier-to-use redemption site.
Part of this change requires migrating your account information, including your current rewards points, from our current provider over to the new provider. This process takes time, so rewards redemption will be unavailable from Monday, Oct.26-Monday, Nov. 16. This blackout period only affects reward redemption; you will continue to accrue points for qualified spending.
To view or redeem your rewards points, log in to online banking, click on the tile for your Visa Rewards card, and select “details” then “View Rewards” under “Rewards Points Access.” If you have points that are scheduled to expire during this blackout period, their expiration date will be extended until Dec. 31, 2020.
