Online and Mobile Banking Will Be Inaccessible

STARting at 5 a.m. on monday, march 2

We’re thrilled that our new online and mobile banking experience is launching Wednesday, March 4. We’ve been working on this for a long time, and we’re so excited for you to experience it.

With the transition to the new online and mobile banking experience, we will have some system outages that cannot be avoided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Here are the dates and times you need to know:

5 a.m. Monday, March 2. Online and mobile banking via avadiancu.com and the Avadian app will be unavailable starting Monday, March 2, at 5 a.m.

10 a.m. Wednesday, March 4. The new online and mobile banking experience will be live at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4.

Here are a few things to do and to know to ensure a smooth transition:

Do: Check your balances and pay any bills by Sunday, March 1. Schedule payments that are due between March 2 and March 4 ahead of time. We encourage you to review your account before the transition begins. (Bills previously scheduled to be paid between 5 a.m. Monday, March 2, and 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, will be paid.)

Do: Update your contact information. Yes, we know we’ve said it over and over, but it truly is that important. The first time you log in to the new online and mobile banking experience, you’ll be required to enter a secure access code to validate your identity. You cannot receive the secure access code if we do not have your current phone number or email address. (We need a mobile phone number if you’ll wish to receive your secure access code by text message.)

Do: Check out additional helpful info at our Online and Mobile Banking Experience Headquarters. You’ll find info about new features, logging in for the first time, the new single log-in for all your accounts, and Money Manager.

Do: Use telephone banking. Call 1.800.874.1394 to access telephone banking. Click here for a list of popular telephone banking transactions.

Know: You will not be able to add any new external accounts right now. External account additions have been suspended in the current system and will be unavailable until the new experience launches March 4.

Know: Internet Explorer will not be supported by the new online and mobile banking platform. We encourage you to use Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge when accessing the new online and mobile banking experience.

We’re excited for you to see what we’ve been working so hard to deliver.

As always, thanks for choosing Avadian.
